The Cocktail Lounge at Skaalvenn Distillery is a bar unlike any other in Minneapolis, the Twin Cities, Minnesota, and beyond. You’ll discover new flavors, unique equipment, and the friendliest bar staff you’ll ever meet.

Located in a quiet part of Brooklyn Park, only a few minutes outside Minneapolis.

We don’t publish our complete and current menu as it changes day to day due to availability of ingredients—and well, it’s more fun that way. You can see a list of potentially available cocktails on our menu below:

Our Cocktails
Our menu changes often, but we focus on original and timeless drinks made with precision—using our own vodka, rum, aquavit, and yuzu gin we distill ourselves. Whether you want a Negroni, a daiquiri, or something original, we keep it simple and intentional.

  • Due to popular demand, we operate mostly on a reservation system. Every seat (whether it’s a bar or table) is available to reserve on Tock. We’ll take walk-ins; however we can’t guarantee the ability to seat your party.

  • Parties of 6 or more will automatically have 20% gratuity added to their bill.

    Groups without a reservation will likely be turned away as we don’t allow standing room at the bar.

    Our largest areas seat 6 and 7 people. Groups of larger than 7 will need to be reserved over the phone.

  • Last call is typically 30 minutes before the posted closing time.

Tiki Thursdays!

Take a break from the ordinary and come join us for a night of tropical tiki cocktails every Thursday! Our talented bartender Luke Young has created a unique Tiki Thursday menu that features a rotating selection of fun and inventive cocktails. Each Tiki Thursday special offers a new adventure, blending flavors and styles from the far corners of the tropics.
